Terms of Service
Welcome to ShinieSmooch (www.shiniesmooch.com). By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell the Be Shinie Bones, a natural, handmade dog dental treat. Because each bone is handmade with natural ingredients, no two bones are exactly alike - just like the dogs that they are made for. Photos representing our products are as accurate as possible.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD. Payment is due at checkout through our secure payment providers.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping speed and cost are shown at checkout and tracking is sent when your order ships.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
